Множество юных аниматоров в множестве студий делают множество самых разных мультфильмов и отправляют их на множество конкурсов и фестивалей.
Но, к сожалению, не все созданные работы принимаются на конкурсы. Чтобы исправить это печальное положение вещей, мы создали конкурс для тех самых работ, которые не дождались своего часа, чтобы отправиться в путешествие по конкурсам.
